Dietary Supervisor Jobs in Illinois
A Dietary Supervisor in the nutrition industry plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, and monitoring food service operation in a variety of settings including hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. They are responsible for ensuring that meals are prepared and served in adherence to nutritional guidelines, sanitation standards, and budget constraints. As a supervisory role, the position requires strong management and organizational skills.
