Dietary Manager Jobs in Nebraska
A Dietary Manager is a key figure in the nutrition industry, responsible for managing food service operations within healthcare institutions, schools, and other organizations. They should also be proficient in diet therapy and nutrition support. Certification as a Dietary Manager and/or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) is typically required, as is a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
