We have locations throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. We currently have an opening for a Customer Support Team Associate in our Wilmington, MA branch. There is no relocation assistance offered for this position.

As the Customer Support Team Associate you will be responsible for working with the internal branch locations and customer base to expedite orders from our world-class eCommerce platform, and other Homans connection platforms through the logistics chain.
Responsibilities of the Customer Support Team Associate:
- Work with branch locations & customers directly to communicate upcoming and expedite orders.
- Work on sourcing equipment and materials from inside the company
- Report up to management any inventory and logistical needs.
- Communicate with customers on order status and delivery/pick up dates.
- Work with the customer base to resolve issues.
- Communicate internally on potential solutions and changes.
- Support Business Development
- Identify potential growth opportunities with customers.
- Hand off these prospects to Business Development Center.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications of the Customer Support Team Associate:
- Experience providing a high level of customer service
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers and technology.
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Ability to follow-up and follow through.
- High school diploma or GED.
