Description: 7a-4p / PRN The primary responsibilities of the Clinical Dietitian are to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients in an inpatient and outpatient hospital setting. Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) includes assessment, nutrition diagnosis, and intervention to manage patient care. The Clinical Dietitian consults with physicians and health care personnel to develop a nutrition plan using the Nutrition Care Process for optimum outcome. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelors degree in food and nutrition or dietetics. Licensed as a dietitian in the state of Georgia, or is licensure eligible. Entry level Registered Dietitian position. Maintains competency in adult and geriatric nutrition. Competent in basic computer skills.
