Diabetes Prevention and Control Project Manager
This position is responsible for managing Diabetes Prevention and Control related activities to include: Learning Collaborative activities, contract management, training, and professional/technical support for diabetes prevention and control-related services.
Candidate must have a Master’s degree in health education, social work, psychology, or related fields. Practical work experience, preferably in a migrant health/farmworker environment, in the application of education/knowledge (typically a minimum of two years) required, including at least three years of management or supervisory experience.
Additional requirements include certification as a Certified Diabetes Educator.
High level of written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and public speaking, is required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable but not required. Salary range for this position is $60-65K.
