Volare, a vibrant rooftop bar located on the 7th floor of the Element by Westin Uptown, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader with a proven track record in restaurant management, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in controlling food, liquor, labor, and operating expenses while maintaining high food quality and elevated service standards. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while ensuring every aspect of the guest experience reflects quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and participate in daily food and beverage operations to ensure a high level of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Partner with kitchen leadership to manage food purchasing, prep, portioning, and cost control. Review and analyze menu item profitability; recommend pricing strategies to achieve budgeted revenue goals. Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders for food, beverage, and supplies. Ensure compliance with brand standards for service delivery, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and coach food and beverage team members. Maintain compliance with state alcohol laws, NM ServSafe certification, and food safety practices. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, using feedback to improve service. Coordinate with hotel departments on banquet and event needs, adjusting staffing as needed based on the business forecast and event orders. Lead by example during peak periods, working alongside staff to model best practices. Perform and submit month-end inventory counts and cost reports timely. Secure all food and beverage inventory; follow proper documentation and invoice forwarding procedures. Enforce cash handling, POS use, and record-keeping procedures to ensure accurate reporting. Physical Requirements: Able to walk and stand for extended periods. Regularly lift 2550 pounds; occasionally push or pull up to 75 pounds. Comfortable bending, stooping, reaching, and assisting with cleaning tasks. Proficient in using a computer, telephone, and POS system. Qualifications: 5 years' experience leading high-performing Food & Beverage teams Experience with mixology, current trends, ingredients needed. Experience in working with Influencers, Social Media marketing tactics & knowledge of current Social Media methods used. Ability to obtain NM Serv Safe Managers License & New Mexico Alcohol Servers Certification Previous hotel experience a plus Marriot experience or franchise brand experience a plus

Salary Role. $65,000 annually
