QUALIFICATIONS for a Dietitian

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
• Must be a Dietitian. Must have training in food management, diet therapy, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY as a Dietitian

The primary purpose of your job position in conjunction with Food Service Director is to plan, organize, and develop the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator.
