ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of simple food preparation techniques
Knowledge of first in-first out rotation method used in kitchens.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization methods
Ability to put up stock and maintain dry and refrigerated storage areas.
Ability to use various types of food prep. equipment
Ability to wash and sterilize pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass level II background and drug screen.
Must maintain current training as required by Operation PAR, Inc. policies
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Ability to write accurately and legibly
Ability to bend, stoop and reach
Ability to move throughout program facilities both indoors and outdoors
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Capable of climbing a ladder or step stool and lifting light to moderately heavy objects.
Good vision (corrected or uncorrected)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Good hearing and vision
Reasonable accommodations will be made for otherwise qualified individuals with a disability.
