Associate degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related area from an accredited program preferred. Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Certified/Registered Dietetic Technician (NDTR/DTR) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) preferred. ServSafe certification preferred. A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
