Job Description

Summary:
Provides nutritional counseling to patients in the Home Care setting; provides consultative services to staff.

Responsibilities:
BS with major in Foods and Nutrition. Masters degree in Nutrition or Public Health required. Registered Dietician license required. Valid NYS drivers license

Other information:
One (1) year clinical experience including counseling patients regarding normal and therapeutic nutrition.
