Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Unit Details:- Provides medical nutrition therapy services and monitors nutritional care for patients/residents of all ages, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.- Responsibilities include nutritional assessments, individualized care plans, provider order recommendations, diet modifications, nutrition support, oral nutrition supplements, education and counseling for disease and nutrition risk management, and evaluation of outcomes.- Supports self-management education for patients/residents with chronic conditions and addresses nutritional needs based on cultural, ethnic, and religious beliefs.

Shift & Scheduling:- Mon-Fri schedule; open to flexible scheduling options.

7 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Drivers license required for submission

Certifications:

RD (Registered Dietician)

BLS (Basic Life Support)
