The Assistant Dietary Manager shall be responsible for assisting the Dietary Manager in supervising all kitchen personnel and ensuring the nutritional needs of the residents are met.

QualificationsMinimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

A minimum of 3 years food service experience

Must have or be able to obtain Serv-safe certification
