Your Role:

In the heart of our mission, our Dietary Aides play a vital role in supporting meal service and ensuring residents receive nutritious, appealing meals in a clean and welcoming environment. The Stellar way is characterized by kindness, teamwork, and respect for the dignity and preferences of our cherished residents. Your duties will include:

  • Assist with Meal Preparion and Food Assembly
  • Serve Meals and Beverages to Residents in a Friendly and Respectful Manner
  • Ensure Residents Receive Correct Diets According to Dietary Restrictions and Preferences
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Sanition of Dining Areas, Kitchen, and Equipment
  • Wash Dishes, Utensils, and Kitchen Equipment Following Proper Procedures
  • Stock and Organize Food and Supplies
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service to Residents, Families, and Team Members

Qualificions:

  • Previous Experience in Food Service or Healthcare Preferred but Not Required
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanition Practices is a Plus
  • Can-Do Attitude with a Willingness to Learn
  • Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
  • A Genuine Love for Seniors and Serving Others
