About the Role:

As a Dietary Supervisor at US Healthcare Rehabilitation and Wellness Centers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Your expertise will be utilized to oversee the dietary department, managing daily operations, and providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

Lead the Dietary Department: Supervise and direct dietary staff, ensuring a smooth operation of the department and providing guidance on patient care and nutrition.
Develop and Implement Menu Plans: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized menu plans for patients, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
Monitor Patient Nutrition: Conduct routine assessments of patient nutrition and hydration, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient dietary needs, meal planning, and nutrition counseling.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Best Practices: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest research, trends, and industry standards in nutrition and patient care.

Requirements:

Minimum 0 years of experience in a clinical or dietary setting
**High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (dietetics, nutrition, or a related healthcare field) preferred
Certification in Food Service Management or a related field (CFM, CDM, or FMP) desired
