Certified Dietary Manager (Cdm)

Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Food Service Manager, directs and coordinates activities of the kitchen, preparing and cooking foods for the hospital patients, personnel and visitors.

Regulatory Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous hospital and food service experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferred.
• Enrollment in or completion of certified Dietary Managers Course, preferred.
• TB skin test.
