Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Food Service Manager, directs and coordinates activities of the kitchen, preparing and cooking foods for the hospital patients, personnel and visitors.
Regulatory Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous hospital and food service experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience, preferred.
- Enrollment in or completion of certified Dietary Managers Course, preferred.
- TB skin test.
