Under the direct supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the cook is responsible for preparing breakfast, cutting fruit, preparing snacks and doing the dishes. The Dietary Aide is responsible for the documentation of meal plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and food service area.
