Job Summary:

As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients are met, promoting healthy eating habits, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of patients and develop personalized diet plans

• Plan and implement diet menus that meet patient needs and preferences

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust diet plans as needed

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper nutrition and meal planning

• Conduct nutritional counseling and provide recommendations for improving overall health

• Participate in quality assurance andquality improvement initiatives

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field

• Completion of a dietetic internship program

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Dietitian (CD) credential

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
