Benefits and Wellness Consultant Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and support benefits and wellness program administration across the Americas. Our team prioritizes excellent employee service, compliance, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Manage daily benefits operations, including education, vendor coordination, billing, Workday benefits maintenance, and addressing employee inquiries with high-quality customer service. Oversee leaves of absence and disability/accommodations processes in compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Collaborate with payroll for benefit reimbursements, data requests, deduction reviews, and related tasks as needed. Assist with the development and dissemination of benefits communications, marketing materials, and policy documents while ensuring regulatory compliance with filings such as 5500, 1095, non-discrimination testing, and state filings. Required: 5+ years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits and wellness program administration. Strong, demonstrable knowledge of benefits plan design, including healthcare, retirement, and work-life programs. Experience collaborating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and handling changing business priorities independently and with accountability. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Capital, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
