Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Oasis is required.

Experience with Epic is required within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed.

6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Riverside Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Riverside Health.

Additional Details:

You are not allowed to work for both Riverside Travel assignments and Riverside Per Diem contracts simultaneously. You must choose one or the other.

Required Credentials:

Bachelors degree with Commission on Dietetic Registration if registered before 12/31/2023 (Required) orMasters degree with Commission on Dietetic Registration if registered after 12/31/2023 (Required)

Government issued photo ID required.

Current BLS required. AHA, ARC, Military & American Safety & Health Institute.

Preferred Credentials: Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)

Unit/Facility Details: Dietician for mental health and recover center

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required

1 Charge/Lead reference required

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

RD (Registered Dietician) or the alternative certification RDN
