Dietary Assistant - PRN

Performs routine duties related to preparation and serving of food. Perform duties in accordance with established procedures and policies of the Food and Nutritional Services department.

• Prepare and portion tea and beverages for patient tray line.
• Transports patient meals at hospital and outside facilities.
• Assists in stocking inventory.
• Assists in light cooking, salad, desserts, sandwiches and other food product preparation.
• Serves on tray line in assigned position. Performs other tasks as directed or required to facilitate the flow of the tray line.
