Join our hospice team as a Per Diem Registered Dietitian, where your expertise in nutrition will help provide comfort and dignity at every stage of care.

This flexible per diem position is available at any of our hospice locations throughout Arizona.

As a Registered Dietitian, You Will:

Provide dietary instruction, assessment, and counseling to meet the nutritional needs and comfort goals of hospice patients

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support the patient's care plan and goals

Document assessments, recommendations, and progress notes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on nutrition strategies tailored to end-of-life care

Serve as a trusted resource on nutritional concerns related to specific conditions, medications, or treatment side effects

About You

Qualifications - What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field

Active RD credential via the Commission on Dietetic Registration

CPR certification

Minimum 6 months direct patient care experience in hospice or healthcare setting

Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Preferred Experience (Not required):

One (1) year or more of experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health

Experience providing dietary education related to comfort care

Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration in hospice settings
