Part Time Afternoon Shift!
WeCare at Rolling Meadows Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Dietary Supervisor for our community in Waynesburg, PA. Our Dietary Supervisor will manage and supervise the dietary staff. This person assumes responsibility for their team based on polices and procedures and the federal, state requirements.

Key Responsibilities
· Preform and lead small groups of assistants in food preparation, serving and clean up. · Often preforms the job assignments of the dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher positions as needed. · Able to operate a variety of industrial kitchen equipment. · Provide leadership support and guidance to ensure food quality standards are met. · Ensure customer service expectations are met. · Control inventory levels.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Food Safety Manager or Food Handler Certification. · Current ServSafe or state certification. · Ability to interact positively with residents, staff, and other public personnel. · Knowledge of dinning services programs requirements. · Understanding of dinning service program finances. · Knowledge of quantity food production, serving, food safety, sanitation requirements and procedures. · Ability to maintain records and complete reports as required. · Basic computer skills.
