Job Title: Clinical Nutrition Manager Company: Location: Jackson, TN Description: Sodexo is seeking a full time Registered Dietitian with at least 2 years of clinical experience and 1 year of clinical leadership to manage the Clinical Nutrition program at a 650+ bed hospital in Jackson, TN. This person will direct daily operations of nutrition programs, oversee a staff of Registered Dietitians and Patient Services staff. Candidate will manage and develop clinical staff; monitoring and evaluation of nutrition care services; development of policy and procedures; accreditation and regulatory readiness and review; managing patient services delivery, and establishing and maintaining standards of care. Candidates will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, have a track record of proactive interaction with the medical team, be a team player, and have strong demonstrated leadership skills.
