Job Title: Clinical Nutrition Manager 1 Company: Sodexo, Inc Location: Sapulpa, OK Description: Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Dietitian/Manager for Inverness Village Continuum Care Retirement Community. Responsibilities include providing nutritional care to the 44 skilled nursing residents, supervising the dining room service and dining room staff, working closely with the health and wellness director, and assisting the Food Service Director with mgmt and supervisory functions. Ideal candidate will be a Registered Dietitian with experience in LTC, self motivated and posses great communication skills.     Typically manages a small, one registered dietitian account. Has mostly direct patient care responsibilities. May have patient food service responsibilities. Responsible for meeting JCAHO/state/federal and company standards. This position is the primary liaison with the medical and nursing staff. Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: None Basic Functional Experience Required: 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registry eligible.
