Job Title: Marketing Category Manager- Nutrition (2008126) Company: Perrigo Location: Allegan, MI Description: 2008126 Job Description Provides overall strategy to build business across multiple customer brands and product segments; collaborates w/senior management to achieve vision for brands. Understands and balances Nutrition's role in Company portfolio. Anticipates problems early-on and mobilizes team to address and successfully resolve issues. Increases the effectiveness and efficiencies of trade and consumer marketing dollars and programs. Connects asset utilization to delivering overall Company financial measures. Interacts effectively with customers at senior levels. Provides direction and support to the 8 Nutrition CBMS and ensures that priorities are set and nutrition is an area of constant focus. Demonstrates exceptional leadership; establishes clear direction, provides coaching, builds commitment. Formulates strategy for new products. Uses project management principles to conceptualize, develop and execute new products through the various stagegates. Ideates new product ideas, product improvements and selling strategies. Sets vision for continuous improvement of products. Leads cross functional teams (Operations, Demand Planning, QA, Product development, Procurement, Sales) to achieve Nutrition business results . Required Skills * Eight or more years of work experience in Marketing or Sales. Experience in the nutrition category Required Experience * Bachelor's degree in related field of study, i.e., Business, Marketing and/or Advertising/PR ; MBA Preferred. * Eight or more years of work experience in Marketing or Sales.
