DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY Authority is delegated to the individual in this position to: Implement dietary, housekeeping, and laundry service policies and procedures to meet residents’ needs and in compliance with federal, state and local requirements. Determine the personnel requirements for the dietary, housekeeping, and laundry departments to make recommendations for sufficient staff to implement dietary, housekeeping, and laundry service policies and procedures.
