Plans, organizes, directs, implements, coordinates and evaluates the duties, functions, responsibilities and services of the Dining and Hospitality Department to provide food service to residents, staff, visitors, special groups and the community. Establishes departmental policies and procedures, determines food service practice standards, determines quality and quantity of food required, develops annual operating and capital budgets and determines number of staff, hours of work and disciplinary actions.
