The ideal candidate must be able to assure that the Department complies with all governmental and company regulations concerning staffing, food storage, preparation, handling, and serving along with all safety and sanitation procedures. The successful candidate must have a current State Food Sanitation Certification. 3-5 years experience in food service management in a health care facility is preferable. Must have excellent communication and organization skills with a strong passion for working with people.
