Create, review, revise and implement the dietary component of residents’ assessments and care plans and document each resident’s progress toward care plan goals. 15. Inform and educate residents regarding therapeutic diets. 16. Maintain records of residents’ profiles, meal census, menus, diet roster, and purchase records. 17. Supervises and coordinates activities including work routines and schedules and selects, hire, develops, evaluates, disciplines, and terminates employees in compliance with personnel policies. 18. Plan and conduct in-service training programs for staff. 19. Implement dietary policies and procedures and food service job descriptions. 20.
