In concert with the Medical Director and Pharmacy Director, provide outreach online educational and health coaching programs to clients / patients at times via webcam regarding nutrition, medical problems related to inflammation and lifestyle issues, assist in the development of a corporate wellness program,. The ever evolving field of clinical nutrition requires that the clinical dietitian follow evidence based practices and have expertise in nutrition diagnoses, physical nutrition assessment, food/drug interactions, drug/nutrient depletion, establishment of nutritional goals and implementing nutrition interventions for a wide range of nutritional disease entities. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and an RD from the American Dietetic Association. Master’s Degree preferred. Skill in assessment of the nutritional status of clients/patients and counseling patients concerning nutrition; ability to effectively communicate to clients / patients dietary and supplement information and proposed program in a manner easily understood by the client /patient. The position requires 5 or more years of previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively within a strong customer service framework, including excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
