Our center teams plan and implement a wide spectrum of weight loss and weight management options including clinically proven meal replacements and coaching clients how to lose weight and keep it off for life! Our Center Directors will: - conduct consultations with new clients developing individualized programs to motivate clients for long term success while providing education on the science of weight loss - meet weekly center goals and expectations. - provide exceptional client service and motivation - lead center team in procedures, policies and tasks - have excellent sales, customer service and communication skills - effective communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face - be high energy and build strong client relationships - have strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to reach goals -must have proven leadership experience in a fast paced retail environment Our Weight Loss Consultants will: - meet the needs of our clients by providing all program services and tools via weekly one on one coaching sessions - serve as the main resource for educating clients on how to overcome the challenges of weight loss and maintain a healthy lifestyle - answer phones and schedule consultations with new clients - assist Center Directors with onsite consultations - support, motivate and educate clients on the Medifast program, healthy eating habits, and the science of weight loss - exceed Center goals and expectations through delivering exceptional client service - have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and face-to-face *Full time and Part Time positions available Those in Nutrition, Healthcare, Psychology are encouraged to apply.
