This position also provides assistance to the Food Service Department with special diets for inpatients. Assists in the preparation of the annual budget in a manner that is cost efficient, effective and in alignment with the corporation's financial goals.Bachelor of Science Degree in Foods & Nutrition. Master's degree will be desirable. Two years of clinical nutrition and / or community nutrition . ADA registration and state of Alaska licensure. Must maintain this status. Computer, weighing scale, body fat calibers Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of nutrition and diet therapy. Keeps current with the new trends in the field. Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.
